July 30th – I am 6 days out from starting this 21 day journey!  After reading the program & nutrition guide, I decided there are a few things that I need to prep my body for.  So, over the next week, I will doing the following:

  • Eliminating coffee from my diet
  • Slowly eliminating meat and dairy
  • Increasing my water intake to at least 100 ounces
  • Getting eight hours of sleep each night
  • Eliminating alcohol

Now, I do travel this week for work and I have a brunch party to go to over the weekend, so this will not be perfect, but I’m going to try my best.  Because I WILL be perfect on this program.  I will continue to post different things about the program and the products I am using on this page, but my day-to-day experiences will be on the home page of the blog.  Wish me luck!
